We bloggers like to think that we raise issues that can stimulate discussion, conversation etc. But one thing I haven't done before - and I'm not sure anyone else has either - is to put out a call for questions you might be wanting to ask. So, over to you. Please post them to the comments box this week - the deadline is Sunday evening - and I will do my very best to answer them next week. I am sure that I do not need to tell you, dear readers, that these questions should be polite, reasonable and pertinent.
